Progress on The Mechanism of Lactobacillus Rhamnosus Effect on Inflammatory Bowel Disease
Abstract
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), the incidence of which is increasing year by year in China, is a chronic and recurrent disease affecting the gastrointestinal tract. With the discovery of microbial-host interactions, it has been realized that the gut microbiota is crucial to the development of IBD. This paper presents a review of the mechanism of action of LGG on IBD in order to provide theoretical support for its clinical application.
